These additional accommodation options are located in close proximity the MOVE2009 World Congress facilities and are recommended by the organizers.
The preferential rates for hotel rooms are available for all MOVE2009 congress participants. Participants need to refer to the “Group booking” and “Group booking ID”, weather you call, fax or e-mail to the hotels and book before the 15th of September 2009.
The hotels don’t charge anything for cancelling reservations before the 1st of October 2009. After this deadline the full price is due.
